POSITION OVERVIEW: LOW RES is looking to hire a part-time Office Manager who will take on the responsibility of managing our book keeping, finance, and accounting needs, along with basic administrative duties.
Applicants must have previous experience with bookkeeping and payroll.
COMPENSATION: Based on Experience
HOURS: 16 Hours / Week
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Catalog All Paid Bills + Receipts in Google Drive
Categorize All Credit Card Expenses
Provide Weekly Financial / Budget Report
Collect W9s
Manage and Execute Payment Pipeline
Prepare Vendor / Contractor Payments
Provide QuickBooks Reports
Record Checking Account Income / Payments
Request and Collect Invoices from Contractors and PT Employees
Review and Reconcile 1099s
Review P&L For Any Reconciliations
Create and Send Invoices
Prepare and Send Workmans Comp Insurance Audit
Review and Prepare Bi-Weekly Payroll in ADP
PTO Tracking
Compile All Payroll Records
Record and Initiate Employee Reimbursements
Provide Weekly Update on Sales Goals
Assist in Onboarding New Hires
